Below are the general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter, “Terms of Use”) of the website calla.it (hereinafter, the “Site”), owned and managed by C.ALLA S.r.l., with registered office at Via del Lavoro no. 85, 40033 – Casalecchio di Reno (BO), Italy, REA: BO – 539931, Tax Code and VAT No. 03702171202 (hereinafter, “C.ALLA S.r.l.”), which must be respected by all visitors and/or users of the Site (hereinafter, the “User”).
If the User does not agree with these Terms of Use, they must refrain from using the Site.
Users must be of legal age (at least 18 years old). Otherwise, they must refrain from using the Site and the services available on it.
- Protection of Intellectual PropertyTexts, images, drawings, icons, and any other material on the Site are protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of C.ALLA S.r.l. and/or third parties.
Any duplication, partial reproduction, download, communication to third parties, publication or dissemination by any means—and more generally, any act of disposition or use of the material contained on the Site, in any form—is prohibited unless expressly stated otherwise on the Site or authorized in writing by C.ALLA S.r.l. and/or the respective rights holders. - Trademarks Names, trademarks and logos used on the Site are the exclusive property of C.ALLA S.r.l. or third parties.
Any use or reproduction of such names, trademarks, and logos in any form or manner is prohibited unless expressly authorized on the Site or in writing by the rights holders. - Services Available on the Site Through the Site, the User can access the following services:
- “Write to C.ALLA” and “Request an appointment in the atelier”: By filling out the dedicated form, Users can contact C.ALLA S.r.l. to request information, be contacted or schedule an in-store appointment.
- “Newsletter”: By completing the form and providing consent to receive marketing communications, the User will receive email updates on C.ALLA S.r.l.’s commercial news. The User may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of each newsletter or by contacting C.ALLA S.r.l. using the contact details provided in the Site and in these Terms of Use (see “Contacts”).
- “Customer service”: Users can request information and assistance regarding online sales by contacting C.ALLA S.r.l. at: phone + 39 389.6884400 (available Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00, excluding holidays); email info@callalingerie.it;
- “User registration”: By filling out the registration form, Users can register on the Site to (i) Facilitate online purchases by saving their data (name, billing and shipping details); (ii) Access their purchase history.
Registration is not mandatory to complete a purchase. The registered area is accessible using personal access codes (username and password) chosen by the User. The registered User must exercise maximum diligence in using and safeguarding their access codes (e.g., avoiding saving them in unprotected locations or in plain text). The registered User is responsible for any consequences resulting from unauthorized use. Access credentials are personal and non-transferable. In case of loss, theft or suspicion of third-party access, the User must promptly change the credentials and inform C.ALLA S.r.l. It is recommended to regularly change the password (at least every 90 days) and use strong combinations (uppercase, lowercase, numbers, special characters).
C.ALLA S.r.l. reserves the right to suspend access if credentials are compromised. Except where required by law, C.ALLA S.r.l. is not responsible for any damages due to improper use of access credentials.
C.ALLA S.r.l. also reserves the right to suspend or revoke registration in the event of violations of these Terms of Use or any other applicable contractual or legal provisions.
Users can delete their accounts at any time by contacting C.ALLA S.r.l. using the contact details provided in the Site and these Terms of Use (see “Contacts”).
- Online SalesThrough the Site, the User may purchase products sold by C.ALLA S.r.l.
Sales are reserved for Users who declare they are over 18 years of age and are purchasing as consumers, meaning individuals who buy for personal use and not for professional or commercial purposes.
Users intending to purchase online are invited to carefully read the Site’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale(“Condizioni generali di vendita”) - Restrictions on Site UseIt is strictly prohibited to use any part, section, content or service of the Site for direct or indirect commercial or advertising activities of any kind without prior written authorization from C.ALLA S.r.l.
- Limitation of Liability The texts, information, and services available through the Website are subject to periodic changes and may contain errors.
To the extent permitted by law, C.ALLA S.r.l. and/or its suppliers shall not be held liable to the User or any third party for any direct or indirect damages or for damages of any kind – including, but not limited to, damages for loss of use or loss of data – arising from or in any way connected to the use of the Website and its services, the delay or inability to use the Website or related services, the provision or failure to provide services, or any information, content, or service obtained through the Website. - Links to Other WebsitesThe Site may contain references to products and services provided by third parties or links to third-party websites.
C.ALLA S.r.l. does not guarantee and assumes no responsibility for the content or accuracy of information provided by such third parties or the content of their websites, including products and services offered through those sites. - Processing of Personal Data Any processing of the User’s personal data will be carried out by C.ALLA S.r.l. in full compliance with current regulations and the measures of the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Regarding the use of cookies on the Site, please refer to the dedicated Cookie Policy document (“Informativa cookie” - Suspension or Termination C.ALLA S.r.l. may suspend or terminate any or all of the services available on the Site or the User’s access to all or part of the Site at any time, without notice and at its sole discretion.
